Overview

STAR (Sprint Training for Authorized Representatives) is a learning management system for the external Indirect Dealers to complete training and monitor progress with completion and compliance reports.

This process document provides steps for a trainer to access and complete trainer functions in STAR.

 

Accessing STAR
Star can be accessed from I.S.C. > Quick Links > STAR or by clicking https://www.uex.sprint.com/learning/

 

Reporting System Issues
Learners experiencing issues with STAR or any aspect of the training program by accessing the Contact Us link on the bottom of the STAR support page or I.S.C. > Top Forms > Contact I.S.C.

Any Sprint personnel should request support by submitting ClickIT Tickets.

Go to http://susupport and in the upper right corner is a link to submit a ClickIT ticket to Sprint University.
On the ClickIT form the fourth field down asks “What are You having an Issue With?” – Click My Request is for SU Admin Support.
Fill in all required fields and submit.
